Very Important Notice to the participants
Players must be Punctual. Only
Ten (10) minutes grace time will be given. Excuses will not be entertained except any special
circumstances, which only Referee has the power to take a decision.
Any complaint regarding a player
or championships should be given in writing to the Referee before the
commencement of that particular event.
All players are expected to assist
the tournament proceedings as Umpires or line judges once the Referee or any
appointed Official ask to do so.
Every player must behave in good
discipline and should be kept the spirit of game during the tournament, which
you are binding under the BWF (Badminton World Federation) Players code of
conduct.
On all matters connected to the
tournament and on any matters not provided for, the decision of the Referee
will be the final.

This year tournament is conducted under 27 events under the age categories.
Under 9, 11, 13, 15 19 for boys girls singles and doubles,
Over 35 and over 50 men's and over 30 women's singles and doubles.
Open events for men and women in singles and doubles,
and a Family double event also.
